About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Analytics Strategy Associate to lead our People Analytics efforts as the first dedicated team member in this space.In this role, you will leverage data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions about our most valuable asset : our people.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular People reporting, analysis, and processes to support decision-making.
- Conduct compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, compensation band revisions, and internal employee pay reviews.
- Provide analytics support for employee performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity by improving data mapping, imputation, and quality assurance processes for People data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficacy and strategic use of HR data.
- Create and deliver ad hoc reports to support one-off analyses and strategic People initiatives.
- Build compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and tools to communicate insights to leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the People Analytics infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,00 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $111,000 and $143,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
