In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and sustaining the Along With Me Community Board; this will include recruiting people who have experienced perinatal loss to serve as members, and meeting scheduling and facilitation. During the program development phase, you will participate in the development of the Along With Me peer support coaching materials in Spanish and English. During the program evaluation phase, you will be responsible for communicating with study participants who are bereaved parents, from enrollment through study completion. You will also provide support to a group of participants as a Peer Support Coach; you may also help to train additional Peer Support Coaches. You will support other evaluation study activities throughout the evaluation phase (e.g. survey creation, participant tracking, etc.). Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have direct lived experience of perinatal loss (no requirements to disclose specific experiences) for peer support roles/activities.

Influents Innovations is based in Eugene, Oregon. The company is primarily remote, and this role may be based in Eugene or permanently remote depending on the candidate’s needs and preferences. Only candidates living in the U.S. will be considered.
