The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) is seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultants to provide technical assistance and expert consultation services for its Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS). CAMS is a robust ERP-driven platform built on SAP technology and plays a critical role in supporting Florida s Child Support Program (CSP).
As the Department prepares for a major upgrade to SAP S/4HANA, consultants will join the Enterprise System Support Process (ESSP) team to support the design, planning, and implementation of this transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Florida s key government ERP initiatives in a high-impact, multi-disciplinary environment.
Mandatory SAP S/4HANA Training Requirement
Due to the Department's upcoming transition to SAP S/4HANA, all consultants must meet the following training or experience requirements before or within six months of the contract start date:
Completion of at least 40 hours of advanced training in SAP S/4HANA applications.
Training must be completed at the consultant s own expense (not reimbursable or billable).
Proof of training completion must be provided at the time of application or no later than six months after the contract's effective date.
Alternative to training: Demonstrated experience with 1,000 hours on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project will be accepted in lieu of training (must be documented).
Minimum Required Experience
(10 Years in the following technologies and domains)
SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
CRM Web-UI
SAP S/4HANA and/or B/4HANA
Enterprise Central Component (ECC)
Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) Functional experience required
Requirements gathering, system design, and testing
ERP applications or object-oriented design
SAP Security and document management knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Lead impact analysis, design, and implementation of S/4HANA upgrade
Support business process mapping and workflow automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders
Provide mentorship, documentation, performance tuning, and issue resolution
Assist in upgrades, bug fixes, system enhancements, and reporting
Contribute to training, audit responses, and knowledge transfer
Salary : $70 - $80
