Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Wilmington, DE
Reponsibilites
- Requirements configuration/customization/development
- Incident resolution for tickets created by Customer
- Data management for data related tickets created by Customer
- Salesforce application administration
- Build components deployment to higher sandboxes
- Ensure quality of the deliverables by performing testing(manual) for the components built/modified as part of the project
- Support System Integration Testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Documentation of work performed as part of the project
- Provide estimates for assigned requirements
- Support for Salesforce releases
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and workflows
- Responsible for sandbox management
- Inform stakeholders and prepare for upgrades
- Responsible for working on Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce technologies to maintain/build solutions that support business requirements
- Adhere to best practices for application development and unit testing
- Responsible for code coverage related to development activity
- Responsible for deployments and migrations for assigned tickets
