BUSINESS ANALYST 3
JOB DESCRIPTION
- POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with delivery teams and application users to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Perform in-depth analysis of gathered requirements to develop comprehensive system modification designs.
- Documentation and Communication :
- Create and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with business areas and stakeholders.
- Coordination and Support :
- Coordinate with technical teams to plan and execute demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and code releases.
- Provide project and product management support, including planning and user communication.
- Agile Methodology :
- Ensure all activities align with Agile principles and practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- On-Call Support :
- Provide on-call support as required, depending on the project phase, to ensure smooth operation and issue resolution.
