Seeking a Technical Specialist/Expert SME to support AASHTOWare Project’s Preconstruction, Civil Rights & Labor, and Data Analytics modules. Responsibilities include defining user stories, collaborating with development teams, ensuring software quality, and integrating legacy systems (SAP/SharePoint). The role requires experience with Agile/DevOps, SQL, XML, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document User Stories for software enhancements.
- Develop Use Cases, Test Cases, and Scripts.
- Modify UX using XML and generate SQL reports.
- Ensure software quality and adherence to best practices.
- Support pilot projects and system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
- Manage project milestones and communication.
- Coordinate test validation, rollouts, and user training.
Required Skills:
- AASHTOWare Project (AWP) modules expertise (3 years).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, Agile, and DevOps.
- Technical documentation and process visualization.
- Experience with troubleshooting, change management, and user training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred:
- Experience with DOT projects, SharePoint, SAP.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile development.
