Responsibilities
- Manage the IT department, including overseeing staff, budgets, and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security.
- Lead software development initiatives using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Oversee the administration of Linux servers and cloud services such as Azure and AWS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement information security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Manage Active Directory for user access control, ensuring proper authentication and authorization processes are in place.
- Design and maintain WAN infrastructure to support organizational connectivity needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide effective solutions through systems engineering practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements or upgrades that enhance operational capabilities.
