Responsibilities:
Coach new development teams and product owners in adopting Scrum practices.
Serve as a Scrum Master for up to two teams or manage IT projects using Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.
Leverage SAFe methodologies where applicable.
Demonstrate strong program management skills with a focus on communication and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee vendor-led projects to ensure successful delivery of contract scope and deliverables.
Utilize Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server (TFS) for backlog management and reporting team metrics.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
4 years of experience using Azure DevOps for work coordination.
4 years of experience as a Scrum Master on a product team.
4 years of experience using the Scrum framework.
5 years of experience overseeing vendor-led projects.
7 years of experience in project planning and management, including budgeting and milestone tracking.
5 years of experience in enterprise-level program/project planning (10 team members or budget exceeding $500,000).
4 years of experience using TFS or Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
Salary : $500,000
