QA Tester

• Develop test models including test plans, test data, and test scripts

• Execute unit, integration, and system-level product tests

• Deliver assigned tasks on time with accurate status reporting

• Follow established quality standards and release control procedures

• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and professional manner

• Define test plans and criteria for product acceptance

• Resolve testing-related questions and issues

• Assist in the setup and management of test environments

• Support Team Lead with task estimation and tracking actual efforts

• Continuously enhance testing techniques and domain knowledge

• Contribute to updating and validating release installation procedures

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of requirements gathering methodologies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proven organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Experience with Agile projects (minimum 3 years)

• Proficient in Agile toolsets like GIT and Azure

• Hands-on experience analyzing data structures and relationships in enterprise applications (3 years)

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (3 years)

• Experience analyzing both functional and non-functional business requirements (3 years)

• Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT (minimum 3 years)
