Responsibilities:
- Develop test models including test plans, test data, and test scripts
- Execute unit, integration, and system-level product tests
- Deliver assigned tasks on time with accurate status reporting
- Follow established quality standards and release control procedures
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive and professional manner
- Define test plans and criteria for product acceptance
- Resolve testing-related questions and issues
- Assist in the setup and management of test environments
- Support Team Lead with task estimation and tracking actual efforts
- Continuously enhance testing techniques and domain knowledge
- Contribute to updating and validating release installation procedures
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Skills Required:
- Solid understanding of requirements gathering methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Agile projects (minimum 3 years)
- Proficient in Agile toolsets like GIT and Azure
- Hands-on experience analyzing data structures and relationships in enterprise applications (3 years)
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (3 years)
- Experience analyzing both functional and non-functional business requirements (3 years)
- Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT (minimum 3 years)
