Job Description:
We are seeking a Vendor Support Admin to process vendor forms and field phone inquiries. This role involves processing vendor forms for DCS suppliers (e.g., foster parents, adoptive parents, relatives, contracted and non-contracted providers, daycares, stores, etc.) to ensure they are set up for payment from DCS, as well as handling updates such as changes in address or banking information. Additionally, this position involves responding to phone inquiries related to invoicing, payment issues, and vendor form submissions.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience working in a call center
- Experience processing W9 and direct deposit forms
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
Highly Desired:
- Prior experience in an accounting support role
- Experience working with classified or sensitive information
