Responsibilities:
- Update service requests and task progress in appropriate systems.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, including receiving, tagging, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Affix RFID tags to equipment and ensure proper location maintenance in the Asset Management System.
- Organize and maintain IT storerooms/warehouses and pull stock for installations/projects.
- Process surplus inventory following USG and DOAS procedures.
- Maintain a neat working environment and file IT inventory documents per ITOP processes.
Required Experience:
- 2 years in warehousing, material storage, inventory processing, and asset management.
Abilities:
- Advocate for customers, solve problems proactively, and assess risks and benefits.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines professionally.
- Interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Skills:
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and car insurance if driving on campus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
