Position Purpose
The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic marketing campaigns. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who can develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate and nurture high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, optimize digital assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development : Launch and manage new marketing initiatives across channels.
- Asset Optimization : Create, test, and refine email templates, landing pages, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Performance Analysis : Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance, focusing on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and impactful email and broader campaign strategies.
- A / B Testing : Design and implement testing strategies for subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve performance metrics.
- Reporting and Insights : Provide actionable insights based on campaign and email performance to inform future strategies.
- External Partnerships : Collaborate with external vendors and partners to amplify marketing efforts and align on shared goals.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention, including nurturing sequences and promotional efforts.
