Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead the Generative AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
Model Development & Deployment: Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal AI applications.
Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, exploring new advancements and integrating them into business solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, data science, and design teams to integrate GenAI into products and workflows.
Scalability & Optimization: Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and optimized for performance and cost.
Ethics & Compliance: Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with AI regulations.
Mentorship & Team Building: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with a focus on generative AI.
Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.), diffusion models, and multimodal AI.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) for AI model deployment and scaling.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
Ability to translate AI research into practical, business-driven applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience leading AI teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI ethics, privacy, and security.
Background in MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role in AI/ML teams.
Publications or contributions to the AI research community.
