Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with expertise in Microsoft AIS, integration technologies, and Java to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires hands-on development and leadership in designing and implementing solutions. A strong understanding of AIS architecture is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and integration efforts using Microsoft AIS and Java technologies.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Work in a hybrid environment (1-2 days onsite per week, with July being fully remote).
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft AIS experience (AIS architecture knowledge is a plus).
Strong integration experience with enterprise systems.
Proficiency in Java development.
Prior experience in a lead developer role, guiding teams and making architectural decisions.
