Job Title : Project Manager - Talent Acquisition
Work Location : Santa Clara, CA (5 days a week)
Must Have :
Workday ATS experience (5 years a must)
Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition teams on ATS enhancements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR
- A minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience of Workday is a must.
- Workday integration experience is a must
- Experience with system integrations, particularly with Workday, is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
