We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as an Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor in our Adult Behavioral Health program. As an ICM Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of intensive case management and hospital liaison services to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of intensive case management and hospital liaison services
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate services to ensure optimal outcomes
- Supervise and guide team members
Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
* LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan
* 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
* Excellent clinical assessment, triage and crisis intervention skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with clients, family members, agency staff and community partners
* Strong organizational and communication skills
