Is able to provide patient care activities to include adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. Responsible for the proper utilization of Radiology Information System as described in the RIS policy and procedure.Principal Responsibilities will powerinjector.Administrationof contrast materials.Begins andmaintains IVs.Patientconfidentiality.Anticipatespatient needs and establishes rapport with patient and family.Proficiency inoperating equipment. Develop films.Schedules exams.Performs recordkeeping duties in all accurate and timely fashion.Performsclerical duties.Transportspatients to and from Radiology Department.Performs qualityassurance. Participates andimplements age specific care and interaction.Prepares andpositions patients for scan according to the Radiology Department procedures.Sets up equipment as necessary for the specificexamination and performs exams.
