Job Description
- 3 years of experience providing direct PC support to end users.
- 3 years of experience imaging and configuring desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
- 3 years of experience installing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, windows 10).
- 2 engagements of providing direct PC support to end users.
- Identification of all subcontractors, if applicable.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with similar projects for State, County or local governmental entities.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and AD group policies.
- Knowledge of desktop inventory and software automation tools (SCCM-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & Software Delivery).
- A certification.
- Microsoft Desktop Support certification.
- 5 years or more experience resolving end users’ hardware and software issues in a large IT environment.
- Degree or equivalent with emphasis in computer science or related fields.
