Five (5) years' experience managing multimillion dollar software application implementations projects in large-scale systems, especially cloud-based technologies

Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones:
Develop requirements document, project plans, and timelines.
Ensure the project stays within scope, and timeline constraints.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership on a monthly basis.
Deliver assigned Projects on schedule. If project is in jeopardy of not meeting deadline, inform stakeholders within 24 hours of determination.
Lead the configuration and deployment of application(s) for various departments.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to migrate data from legacy systems.
Act as the primary liaison between IT, various departments, and outside consultants.
Gather, oversee business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist, develop and implement customized workflows, scripts, integrations and user roles.
Assist with deploying the module in a production environment with minimal disruption.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for end-users.
Provide onsite and virtual training for departmental staff.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments and vendors.
Work onsite as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure system adoption.
Provide hands-on guidance during testing, training, and go-live phases.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system defects.
Develop training materials.
Ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems, minimizing disruptions.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for configuration, integration, and deployment.
