Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Training Development Professional who specializes in current technologies used for online and video-based learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia production, and the latest e-learning tools.
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging online and video-based learning modules using industry-standard e-learning tools and software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content that aligns with learning objectives.
Utilize multimedia elements, including animations, graphics, and interactive components, to enhance learning experiences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continually improve training effectiveness.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training development, specifically in online and video-based learning.
Proficiency in e-learning development tools and software.
Experience with graphic design, animation, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, articulate and others ).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate training solutions.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML5, CSS) for enhanced e-learning development.
Previous experience in a corporate training environment
