Job Summary
The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for supporting construction projects by coordinating various activities to ensure project completion within set timelines and budgets.
Duties
- Collaborate with project managers to assist in planning, organizing, and controlling construction projects
- Coordinate project scheduling, including monitoring progress and deadlines
- Assist in managing construction sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain project documentation and records, including contracts and change orders
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project requirements
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, Primavera, and Bluebeam for project tracking and reporting
Skills
- Proficiency in construction project management practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques
- Familiarity with construction contracts and documentation
- Ability to work on a construction site environment
- Experience with construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, Primavera, and Bluebeam
