Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operation of our network systems.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Network Certification.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols, as well as computer hardware and software integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Cisco networking devices.
- Working knowledge of HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
- Educational Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (AA/AS) or equivalent post-secondary technical training with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred:
- CCNA Certification.
- Experience with IT service management tools such as Remedy, Netcool, ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
