Job Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and finances from the initial supplier to the end customer. You will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Duties
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement, production, inventory management, and logistics
- Oversee demand planning processes to meet customer needs while minimizing inventory levels
- Utilize MRP systems to plan material requirements and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP for supply chain management
- Lead plant management activities related to supply chain operations
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management roles
- Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and demand planning processes
- Familiarity with MRP systems and their application in supply chain optimization
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing practices for process improvement
- Proficiency in utilizing systems like Oracle EBS or SAP for supply chain management

Pay: $49.30 - $54.78 per hour
