Responsibilities
- Facilitate electrical & mechanical building system startups & commissioning activities with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and equipment vendors to coordinate factory testing, delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover of mechanical building systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and observations of mechanical building systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Provide expert guidance on safety procedures, safe work practices, and OSHA requirements for mechanical installations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including construction administration, manufacturing shops, and plant facilities groups.
- Prepare detailed field engineering status reports to inform project managers and stakeholders of work progress and schedule milestones.
