Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure smooth sales processes
- Cold call potential customers to generate leads and expand customer base
- Manage inventory control to ensure availability of desired car models
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Organizational skills to manage customer records and follow-up activities
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and financing calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus
- Sales management skills to effectively lead a team (for senior positions)
