What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst position at Infomatics Software Solutions?
As a Credit Application Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing documents submitted by Mercedes-Benz dealers, inputting data into ACE, and validating information with banks and insurance companies. You will work closely with the Retail Credit Management and Fraud Prevention Teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in the credit application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- 60%: Review, analyze, and input information from dealer-submitted documents into ACE.
- 15%: Contact banks and insurance companies to validate required information.
- 10%: Identify and communicate documentation inconsistencies to Retail Credit Management and the Fraud Prevention Team.
- 10%: Work with Mercedes-Benz dealers to acquire missing or additional documentation.
- 5%: Provide support to Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with reporting and daily updates.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to learn quickly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to process a high volume of documents efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with banks, insurance companies, and dealers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
