What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Collector position at Infomatics?
Responsibilities:
Handle both outbound and inbound calls from MBFS customers, providing exceptional customer service and performing the following tasks: a. Collect payments on live and terminated accounts through phone pay, quick collect, and letters, utilizing excellent customer service skills. Outstanding balances may include past due payments, lease end charges (mileage, wear and tear, property tax), deficiency balances resulting from repossession, or outstanding amounts from total loss. b. Negotiate payment solutions and follow up on pending actions or expired payment arrangements. c. Ensure excellent customer service during incoming calls from external and internal customers, maintaining phone courtesy.
Manage a queue of assigned accounts.
Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers and collateral when customer contact becomes challenging. Assign repossession tasks when necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and training materials.
Adhere to corporate standards and compliance requirements.
