Technical Writer
We are looking for a writer to help us support our compliance efforts and to provide useful documentation for our software engineers, product and project managers, and clinical professionals. In this role, you will write software validation plans, architecture specification, and procedures using documentation tools to review, route, and publish content.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create software documentation including validation plans, architecture specifications, user guides, and various procedures for software development under FDA and ISO regulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), support teams, and quality personnel to ensure the accuracy and quality of documents.
- Help create and maintain software documentation best practices, standards, and templates.
- Help manage an internal glossary, style guide, and wiki.
- Track your work using Jira, an issue-management tool.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years experience documenting software development, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Technical writing skills with experience creating documents, such as plans, specifications, and user guides.
- Demonstrated grammar and editing skills for technical content.
