As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and prospect new clients through research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product / service presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how our digital solutions can meet their needs.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of services with clients, and close sales deals effectively.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast revenue to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
- Follow-up : Track and follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and a seamless sales process.
