Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. This role offers the chance to work with innovative digital marketing solutions and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and prospect new clients through research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct product / service presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how our digital solutions can meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of services with clients, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast revenue to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
  • Follow-up : Track and follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and a seamless sales process.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and meet customer needs effectively.

Skills and QualificationsExperience :

  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
  • Customer-Centric :

  • Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Target-Driven :

  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building :

  • Skilled in building rapport and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, web design, etc.) and how they contribute to business success.
