The individual will be responsible for knowing, understanding, and driving improvements to the systems, tools, and technology used by our retail and indirect sales teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to think about the future of technology in our retail and indirect stores and gain visibility with executive leadership across our partners and stakeholders. This individual will lead partnership efforts between multiple cross-functional teams in order to identify and quickly act on frontline feedback.
The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and pain points within the end-to-end sales experience and partner with others to develop proactive solutions that enable our frontline teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will be responsible for working on projects and developing and implementing processes, and technologies that support multiple channels including Retail and Indirect.
The role will be responsible for:
- Serving as the voice of our sales teams, including Retail and Indirect stores to address systemic and technical pain points.
- Driving strong, collaborative partnerships across multiple teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Inspecting and validating experiences, ensuring existing tools and technologies are performing as expected.
- Identifying and documenting defects as they are identified, and partnering with appropriate team members to drive expedient resolution.
- Create and document business requirements focused on the intended outcome you hope to achieve by requesting new technology/tool builds.
- Partnering with others to quantify the anticipated business impact, including creation of business cases to measure benefits.
- Partnering to understand the cost of implementing new work, and make balanced, data directed recommendations for which work is most critical to implement.
- Supporting prioritization of optimization requests for the retail and indirect channels to ensure client maximizes the financial benefit of each dollar spent.
- Drive communication with key stakeholders for awareness, understanding, and support to ensure you are advocating for the most impactful enhancements.
- Promoting advocacy for customers and frontline teams through Sales-related systems, tools, and technology.
- Developing and presenting executive-level summaries and communications of complex information leveraging G-Suite productivity tools.
- Making critical recommendations and decisions as the subject matter expert (SME) for small to large initiatives with full autonomy, escalating appropriately when warranted.
