Role and Responsibilities :
- Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
- Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly in order for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications.
- Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members, and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
