Infor's channel success depends on strong partner relationships and effective go-to-market strategies to efficiently increase pipeline and increase bookings growth. To strengthen our ecosystem, we must equip partners with tailored digital strategies, specialized micro-vertical support, and growth opportunities in underserved markets. The Go-to-Market Director supports and enhances the efforts of channel partners (resell partners) by developing effective go-to-market strategies, tools, and resources. The focus is on empowering partners to successfully market and sell the company's products or services at the micro-vertical. This role will bridge gaps by collaborating with product development to create valuable IP, enabling partners to differentiate, expand, and drive profitable bookings growth.
A DAY IN THE LIFE TYPICALLY INCLUDES:
- Design tailored go-to-market strategies for partners, focusing on micro-verticals and identifying opportunities to fill white space through new or expanded partner channels.
- Support partners in creating specialized campaigns and develop intellectual property (IP) with product teams to cater to micro-verticals.
- Drive the execution of partner ecosystem strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand partnerships and boost revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales plays and campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility through partners.
- Provide partners with the necessary tools, content, and training to execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Equip partners with training, tools, and resources to sell the company's offerings effectively.
- Continuously monitor channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and new market expansion opportunities.
- Analyze partner performance and adjust strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in channel management and with channel partners.
- Experience in project management, delivering presentations and data analysis.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, collaborate across teams, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- History of working in a matrixed organization; leadership without having direct authority.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enterprise software product development experience.
- Sales operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
