Position : Sr. UX Designer
Duration : 6 Months Contract (Possibly extension)
Location : Remote
Pay Range : $50-$60 / hr on W2 (As per experience)
Summary :
As a Senior UX Designer on our Digital Technology Experience team focused on our Go-To-Market initiatives, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the success of the GTM organization by leading the design and implementation of intuitive, user-centered solutions. Our mission is to enhance the user experience, drive efficiency, and contribute to our company’s goal of becoming the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century . This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of applying innovative design thinking to complex user experience and service design challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with UX Leads, Technical Product Management, Strategy, and Engineering to understand product requirements and turn them into effortless, high-quality user experiences
- Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, business analysts, change management leaders, and software engineers to enable the design process, inspire productive dialog, and drive a user-centered mindset.
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation for product and process improvements.
- Produce design deliverables, including user flows, process flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, service blueprints, documentation of the results of design-related meetings, and annotations and documentation for design deliverables.
- Strong online or distributable portfolio / work samples showcasing proficiency in the craft, including artifacts that translate customer insights into actionable outcomes, are required.
