Inventory Control Manager
Informa Business Systems, Inc. has provided outstanding customer service and support to financial institutions in Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Illinois for over 50 years. We sell and service banking products such as ATM’s, Interactive Teller Machines, Teller Cash Recyclers, Drive Thru Systems, Coin Machines, and a full line of customer driven software products.
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to support our sales, service, and Installation departments. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of warehousing experience, preferably in a multiple mobile and fixed warehouse environment, with a record of success in Inventory Control and Root Cause Analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBLITIES AND RESULTS
· Minimum 5 years of Warehousing and Inventory Control Management
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of Associates and experience.
· Oversee and manage all inventory control, warehouse, and installation activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, and reporting. Ensure inventory aligns with company goals and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
· Assist in developing and implementation of warehouse workflows, procedures, and best practices related to inventory control, storage, organization, and equipment.
· Analyze inventory data, metrics, and reports, and make recommendations using discretion and independent judgment for improving inventory accuracy, turnover, and accountability. Anticipate inventory risks and take mitigative measures.
· Knowledge of OSHA and MIOSHA regulations and enforcing of the regulations.
· Provide back-up and assistance with warehouse staff.
· Lead the restocking process on goods that have been returned.
· Resolve routine equipment issues.
· Any additional responsibilities as determined by the Management Team and/or dictated by company needs.

· Capable of standing for full duration of work shift, perform repetitive tasks, and ability to lift-up to 75 lbs. including, but not limited to, picking, packing, stacking, and stocking.
· Has necessary experience, skills, and knowledge to perform all aspects of job.

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with direct subordinates, other company personal and the management team, including ability to communicate numerical data.
