Job Description
Technomic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a book of business within the foodservice industry. In this critical role, you will drive client engagement, foster long-term relationships, and ensure the successful retention and renewal of accounts. You will leverage our Ignite platform to maximize client value while collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively manage and retain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of our Ignite platform and services.
- Lead client training sessions on the Ignite platform, empowering them to utilize our solutions for enhanced business success.
- Own the renewal process, managing smooth contract negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction with the terms and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure a unified and effective approach to meeting client needs.
- Manage a diverse set of accounts using Technomic’s suite of products and services through our Ignite research platform, the leading SaaS solution in the foodservice industry.

Qualifications
This role pays between $70,000- $78,000 Commission Incentives.
