What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Operations Specialist position at Informatic Technologies, Inc.?
The HR Operations Analyst position is responsible for supporting the HR division as part of the HR Operations Team. This position is also responsible for working with all workers to assist them with inquiries providing first level support and escalation to COEs as needed. This role is based in New York, NY and is hybrid.
- Support the US New Hire Onboarding process with reporting, new hire processing, I-9s, ensuring documentation and information is gathered on day one and entered into Workday, etc.
- Assist the Global Mobility and Immigration team with administration support including right to work checks, visa processing, I-9 reverifications, relocation and transfer support, and payment processing support.
- Complete ad-hoc Employment Verifications, outside the automated process, for current and prior workers.
- Support the 2025 NY Summer Intern Onboarding process and coordinate/run all local Intern events.
- Regularly review and address all HR Jira tickets, providing first level support for all HR functions, escalating issues appropriately. Ensures SLAs are met with the highest levels of customer service.
- Perform first level process and technical support for all HR systems and escalates issues appropriately to HR Ops Manager or HR Tech.
- Partner with Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams to support the off-boarding process for employees, leaver documentation (including severance agreements) and other administration.
Salary : $50 - $55
