Position: Recruiting Assistant
Reports To: HR Generalist - Recruiting
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
In this role, you will help support the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate information. You will also help with onboarding and other administrative tasks.
- Post job advertisements: Post job listings on the company website and job boards
- Screen resumes: Review resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews: Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team
- Communicate with candidates: Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and send emails
- Update records: Keep track of candidate information and employee records
- Assist with onboarding: Collaborate with the hiring team to create a smooth onboarding process
- Draft communications: Write job postings, offer letters, and follow-up letters
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Compensation: $24-$26 per hour
