Looking for :
1. Technical BAs. Client is looking for a blend of Data, Business and Technical expertise, with an emphasis on technical skills.
2. Technical skills include SQL and S2T (source to target mapping).
Top Skills and Years of Experience :
- At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.
- At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system / software capabilities.
- At least 5 years of current experience Writing SQL queries and creating source to target (S2T) mapping documents- Must Have
