Job Title: Integration Support Specialist Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

Primary Purpose: To organize, support and maintain district applications. Develop, organize and maintain procedures for access to district applications. Ensure and establish processes for annual evaluation of district applications and data privacy.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Two years of college and/or one year of specialized experience
- Or a satisfactory equivalent combination of the training and experience
Special Knowledge Skills:
- Data entry and basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and written documentation
- The ability and reliability to function well in a team environment
- Ability to speak publicly and present professional learning to any number of district staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical end-users and staff
Experience:
Three years’ work experience, one of which must have involved procedures related to data validation, data verification and data reconciliation pertaining to district applications.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains processes and compiles documentation concerning district applications and learning platforms.
- Documents and maintains an inventory of all district applications.
- Maintains access for non-teacher groups outside of the system integration as needed.
- Assist the Senior Integration Analyst with any troubleshooting related to data imports.
- Purge exited user accounts periodically.
- Roster and set up various district applications in coordination with Digital Learning.
- Troubleshoot end user access issues and escalate issues to appropriate department.
- Complete, document and assign district applications issues in Get Help work order system to staff to resolve issue.
- Resolve assigned tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Digital Learning, Information Technology and Information Systems to maintain, refine and document district processes.
- Work with district departments to establish and document all vendor support contacts for each district application.
- Maintain a points of contact directory for all district applications.
- Evaluate and analyze use of district applications and provide usage reports annually and as needed.
- Assist with generating application usage reports
- Audit district applications yearly.
- Ensure the application approval process was followed for approval prior to populating an application with student data and posting for use.
- Remove district applications as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
