Duties Description Under the direction of an Information Technology Specialist 4, SG-25, within Finance/Finance/Finance Administration, the Project Assistant, SG-NS, will locate, research, and apply for funding opportunities as well as track deadlines, spending and reporting requirements for all grants received. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: • Research grant opportunities from government and non-government sources.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input for all proposals. • Draft grant proposals and supporting documents and create polished proposals.• Track deadlines and funding requirements. • Develop and maintain a grant management system for funded grants that includes report due dates, budget adherence, and any other grant requirements.• Draft and submit reports for grant compliance.• Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities.• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes and attention to detail.• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any field or four years of specialized experience in a research, reporting, or analysis role.The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated: An associate’s degree and two years of specialized experience.
