Position Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Demand Generation Specialist to assist in driving high-quality leads and optimizing our marketing technology stack. This role requires experience in Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement and creating and optimizing campaigns that produce measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands technology, audience behavior, and can turn data insights into actionable strategies.
About the Role
- Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies for lead acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to create ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Manage and optimize the MarTech stack (Pardot/Account Engagement, RocketReach, GotoWebinar)
- Ensure smooth integration and data flow between marketing tools and CRM system
- Design workflows for lead routing, nurturing, and scoring
- Collaborate with sales teams for timely lead follow-up and qualification
- Support webinars, in-person events, content creation, and other lead generation activities
- Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to refine strategies.
- Experiment with new marketing techniques and tools to drive engagement and lead generation.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred, but not required.
- 5 years of experience in marketing
- Proficient in Pardot/Account Engagement, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- A/B Testing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, and automotive marketing is a plus.
