Position Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts. This role will develop and execute digital campaigns, optimize content through A/B testing, and manage paid media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands audience behavior, and can turn data insights into actionable strategies.
About the Role
- Digital Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with company goals, brand identity, and audience engagement.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's online marketing strategies across various digital channels including search engines with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads
- Must have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics and effectively manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across all platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor ad spend and campaign performance, adjusting bids and targeting to improve efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to track and report campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content, targeting, and ad strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to refine strategies.
- Experiment with new marketing techniques and tools to drive engagement and lead generation.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred, but not required.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- A/B Testing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, and automotive marketing is a plus.
