The Role
We are seeking a driven and organized Account Executive to join our team! This is a fully onsite position at either our Anaheim, CA location or our Fort Worth, TX location. This role is a combination of administrative tasks with an exciting inside sales component, offering the opportunity to support our sales and marketing efforts while collaborating closely with our outside sales representatives.
As an Account Executive you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts, preparing estimates and quotes, and coordinating projects to ensure seamless execution. Whether you are working directly with clients or behind the scenes to support our sales team, your contributions will help strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST (Anaheim, CA Location)
9:00am-6:00pm CST (Fort Worth, TX Location)

Who We Are Looking For:
We are excited to train the right candidate, so prior industry experience is not required. What matters most is ambition, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Key Qualities and Skills:
· Strong Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Proficiency to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative
· A collaborative team player who can also work independently
· Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
· Knowledge of freight shipments and logistics is advantageous
· Dependable, with excellent follow-through on commitments
· College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
· Must pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screening
