Overview
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as the Northwest Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our business within Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. You will work closely with municipal government clients to understand their needs, identify prospective new customers, and work them through our proven sales process to generate revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess sales acumen, excellent communication skills, basic computer/technical skills, and a proven track record in a B2B or B2G environment.
They will be highly trainable and coachable in using the Sandler selling method. They will also be trustable, willing to work hard, and have a desire win.
Significant training and coaching will be available to ensure you learn our industry, our products, and how to continuously advance your selling skills.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
- Focus on seeking new accounts while building relationships with existing customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Cold call, attend industry events, present at industry events, and network to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to optimize upselling strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contact information, customer interactions, and account status within our Copper CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and the industry landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide end-to-end support for our customers from initial call to post-sale training
Skills
- Proven experience in managing B2B or B2G sales processes and account management.
- Strong background in inside sales with a focus on lead generation and business development.
- Proficient in understanding customer needs and communicating the solutions we offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with clients.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for tracking sales metrics and customer interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
