- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for API endpoints, including technical specifications, usage examples, and troubleshooting guides.
- Create example code snippets and sample applications to demonstrate API usage.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and updates, ensuring all documentation reflects the latest changes.
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Analyze functional and technical specifications.
- Work with clients as well as the development team to understand project requirements, translate them to technical specifications, and define them for development and implementation teams.
- Maintain records and documents with revisions.
- Having strong writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
