Job Title: Contracts Processing Specialist (ERP/SAP)
Pay Rate: $24/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid - 1 Day per week in the office - every Tuesday. Flexibility to come into the office on an additional day if required.)
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time
This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
We are looking for a Contracts Processing Specialist (ERP/SAP)
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Contract Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
- Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previously processed contract requests.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.
Requirement:
- Nice to have a minimum of 1 year in contract review and accounting experience working with contracts.
- Analytical skills to review contract verbiage from an accounting perspective.
- Experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Billing, converting data from contracts and interpreting it into the ERP system.
- High volume data processing: 10-15 contracts per day into ERP.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Experience with contracts, terms & conditions, and special clauses.
- Experience in contract implementation is a plus.
- ERP system experience: invoicing, billing, product ordering, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products suite.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.
- Coordinate and manage the exchange of information, documents, and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
