Job Title: Payroll clerk
Pay Rate: $30 to $35/HR
Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of conversion)
Location: Remote (Living close to Alpharetta, GA, for occasional onsite visits)

- Performs regular standard tasks but with the opportunity to vary work sequencing. Performs skilled work requiring some functional training or job experience.
- Acts upon direction and/or approval with a limited breadth of operating responsibility. Solves problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures.
- Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems.
- Interact largely with own workgroup but may interact with users around first-line queries/requests for information.
- May operate within a team of individuals carrying out similar tasks.
- Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results.
- Accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks within the scope of the function
- The position as junior payroll administrator has a responsibility for ensuring the correctness of payroll, providing quality in service, and taking pride in contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control), Registration of new hires/terminations/employment changes in employment register, Maintenance of organizational structure, Absence /attendance registration and handling, Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries), Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone, Maintaining physical and/or electronical archive, Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
- Bachelor university degree
- No experience required
- Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and local language
- Ability to plan work and make priorities
