Job Title: Production Shipping Supervisor (SAP)
Pay Rate: $65K - $75K/year plus full benefits
Duration: Permanent
Location: Palm Beach County, FL
Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.
We are looking for a Production Shipping Supervisor (SAP) to supervise the packers & handling the shipping. We are looking for people with management experience & shipping experience, as well.
- Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with the transport planner to ensure carrier availability.
- Manage rush orders, resolving issues during planning and updating master data.
- Reviews and proposes planning improvements.
- Responsible for handling complaints and reconciling carrier invoicing deviations with Purchasing / Finance.
- Prepares transport KPIs and reports.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred or comparable work experience, High School Diploma / GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the Shipping & Receiving office
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a People Manager is required.
- SAP Experience
- Experience with international shipping and Dangerous (hazardous) Goods shipping is required.
- Verbal and written professional communication skills required.
- MS Excel
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
