Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Manufacturing/Engr.)
Pay Rate: $23/Hr.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tomahawk, WI
Shift - 8 AM to 4:30 PM Central time (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Manufacturing/Engr.)
- The customer service Coordinator will manage the technical service, sales support, and troubleshooting activities related to the use of our automotive pretreatment products and solutions at the Harley-Davidson Tomahawk, Wisconsin plant.
- Ordered products, tracked shipments, and monitored inventory levels and product usage.
- Extensive ERP usage and invoice reconciliation.
- Develop effective account management, and service support strategies to provide outstanding customer service and support commitment.
- Performing daily tests and quality audits to ensure processes are within specifications.
- Recorded results, provided reports to customer management and staff, and represented us at plant meetings.
- Ensure the rapid resolution of problems and provide technical and product management support across multiple technology platforms.
- Maintain high standards and professional image of the company and comply with company policies and processes.
- Support Tier 2 supplier coordination with the customer.
- Champion site continuous-improvement projects that result in process efficiencies and recognized value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in engineering, technology, science, or business with 1-3 years of relevant experience, with some chemistry background preferred.
- Experience — Manufacturing (highly preferably Chemical/Hazardous materials) experience with significant experience in a sales or service function, preferably at a customer site location.
- Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must have strong problem-resolution and technical leadership skills.
- Strong PC capability.
- Working Conditions: On-site at Customer Manufacturing plant(s) and office locations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
